I’m a highly organized, self-starting business professional who loves helping organizations—and the people behind them—do their best work. With a background spanning human resources, business development, and office management, I bring both strategy and structure to the table, along with a genuine passion for building systems that actually work.

I’m driven by creating practical, scalable solutions and cultivating strong, positive workplace cultures where people can thrive. A lifelong learner and big believer in community, I’m always growing, always improving, and always looking for meaningful ways to give back through volunteer work. If there’s a better, more efficient way to do something, I’m probably already working on it.

Community matters deeply to me, and giving back is a core part of who I am. I currently serve as an officer on the Board of Directors for Loaves and Fishes, a Lansing-based homeless shelter, and regularly volunteer with other local organizations that are doing meaningful work.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me writing, running, hiking, camping, reading, traveling—or admiring a great pair of shoes. I also moonlight occasionally as a winery assistant and happily enjoy all things wine, cheese, and the outdoors.
